This Role is for you if you are:
  • A tech and startup obsessed marketing operator

We believe that the best form of marketing is AI-assisted, data-driven and human in-the-loop. This role is for a performance marketing expert who is excited about being the glue between these layers, straddling marketing and product development.

The Role

Performance Marketing (85% of your time)

  • Interface directly with clients

  • Define what the ideal campaign structure is for Valid clients

  • Manage and hire a team of marketers to use tooling you help design to deliver a best-in-class ads experience

Product (15% of your time)

  • Interface directly with engineering translating marketing processes into real products

About you
  • 7+ years of performance marketing experience within an agency or head of growth role

  • Manage +$500,000/month of ad spend across the following platforms:

  • Meta

  • TikTok

  • Google

  • Other advertising channels

  • Comfortable analyzing data and deploying statistical methods to “read the tea leaves” of an ad account.

  • Served in client facing roles as senior POC

Nice to Have

  • Managed and hired a team of marketers

  • Advertising for mobile apps, mobile app attribution (SKAN), and Apple ads
