Your Role

The Product Pricing Analyst will lead analysis of the prices we charge for our products and services, facilitating product‑line evaluations and creating pricing proposals for Invesco’s largest institutional clients. This highly collaborative, global role turns data and leadership input into insights that make an immediate impact on the business.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Serve as a primary pricing contact on large institutional mandates, developing proposals with sales and investment leaders and reviewing exceptions with senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain pricing tools using Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Tableau.
  • Become an expert in third‑party data sources, rapidly querying and automating data pulls, background tool updating (e.g., Morningstar, Bloomberg).
  • Develop analytical models that generate objective pricing recommendations and conduct holistic product line reviews with specific fund-by-fund recommendations for annual plans.
  • Redesign processes and governance structures to create new ways of incorporating data-driven decision making.
  • Lead product‑line reviews, redesign processes to strengthen data‑driven decision making, support Funds Board materials with MDs and SMDs, and maintain strong relationships with subject‑matter experts.

Requirements of the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, engineering, analytics or a related field.
  • MBA and/or CFA preferred
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes and translate complex analysis for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong problem‑solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills paired with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Excel.
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities, adaptable across diverse projects, and proactive in identifying efficiency opportunities.

The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in New York is $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
