The Product & Promotions Specialist is instrumental in strengthening Smart Circle’s market position. Serving as the bridge between telecom client-provided promotions, special offers, internal stakeholders, and our nationwide sales network, this role ensures alignment, clarity, and competitiveness across every channel.


The Basics:

  • Location: Remote/WFH
  • Compensation: $70,000-$85,000/year, based on experience and location
    • ​​​​In accordance with applicable law, the compensation range listed above reflects our good faith estimate of the expected salary for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience. 
  • Travel: Up to 5%

What You’ll Do:

  • Track, organize, and maintain accurate records of all client-provided offers as they evolve
  • Compare offers across channels, competitors, and historical promotions to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Conduct marketplace analysis on new campaigns to benchmark them against the offers provided to us
  • Flag inconsistencies or noncompetitive offers and recommend alternatives to improve positioning
  • Educate the sales network on current offers and clearly articulate how they compare to market competition
  • Provide ongoing insights into trends and campaigns that impact consumer offer competitiveness
  • Create learning materials and resources to strengthen understanding of offers and promotions
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support team and organizational priorities  

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a meticulous approach to data accuracy and alignment
  • Technical proficiency with spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation tools (Excel and Salesforce required)
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate large sets of offers and quickly identify misalignment
  • Confidence and professionalism in challenging inconsistencies or underperforming offers
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex, dynamic information
  • Problem-solving mindset – able to propose thoughtful alternatives when offers are not optimized
  • Positive outlook, can-do attitude is a must
