Job Description

The Product Readiness Manager ensures that new products and features are prepared for successful launch and adoption. You will focus on executing a comprehensive product readiness plan in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams. You will report to our Vice President, Product Management (Experian Automotive).

Responsibilities

Execute Product Readiness Plan - Drive the implementation of readiness activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Team Member Coordination - Partner with product managers, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to align on launch requirements and timelines.

Risk Identification and Mitigation - Proactively identify readiness gaps or risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth product rollout.

Documentation and Communication - Maintain clear documentation of readiness activities and communicate status updates to leadership and team members.

Training & Enablement - Coordinate with enablement teams to ensure our teams are trained and equipped with necessary resources for product launch.

Reporting - Track readiness measurements and provide post-launch analysis to improve future readiness processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or readiness roles.
  • Project management skills with experience in team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle and go-to-market processes.

Skills:

  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
