What you do at Avant
- Manage customer outreach and response program
- Lead development of customer centric content and tools
- Assess customer friendliness of current strategy and services
- Establish Sentiment Reporting
- Integrate CAL and Complaint Management
What you might own at Avant
- You will be the leading force of developing the voice of the customer
- You will run point on Understanding and establishing customer sentiment
- You will Partner with the business to create a customer centric culture
Why you are a fit for Avant
- At least 3 years of management experience
- Proficient in SQL
- Basic knowledge in R or Python
- 5 years in a customer experience or Product role
- Ability to work autonomously
- Comfortability presenting team findings to key business holders and making recommendations
- Strong customer relationship management and story-telling ability
- Ability to thrive in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong consensus-building and conflict resolution skills.
