As a Product Manager leading the Analysis & Insights team you will drive the vision and execution of the ReviewTrackers core product offering - turning review data into actionable insights. This includes problems such as: helping customers to better react to online reviews, building tools to analyze voice of the customer, building tools to generate prescriptive insights, and many more. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Continuously build a deep understanding of our customers and identify key customer needs
• Define objectives, metrics, and key results to help guide, prioritize, and measure the success of initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, customer success and sales to build a product roadmap, and facilitate the execution of the roadmap to deliver high impact features to market
• Manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way
• Be a passionate product evangelist and develop a product-driven culture at ReviewTrackers

Who you will be working with:

• You will be working with our growing product organization of product managers and designers that come with a wide variety of experiences. You’ll be able to learn from more senior peers and have an opportunity to mentor more junior peers
• You will be working with a dedicated product team with several engineers and a designer
• You will be cross collaborating with peers from Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
• You will have opportunities to work with the leadership team - pitching them your product ideas and presenting your successes

What you will work on now:

• Develop new and improve existing NLP and ML tools to analyze customer experiences from hundreds of thousands reviews
• Develop new and improve existing ways of analyzing competitive environment our customers are facing
• Discover and execute on opportunities to adopt NLP and ML technologies in other products of the company
• Develop tools to generate executive-level actionable insights and reports that will aid our customers in making effective strategic level decisions
• Collaborate and ship features on our web and native mobile products

What you bring to the table:

• 2+ years of product management experience building software in the tech industry (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in a technology related field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience facilitating the development and execution of day-to-day technical and design direction (experience building AI/ML products preferred)
• Strong quantitative analysis skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making (knowledge of SQL is necessary)
• Experience effectively working with multiple functional areas such as Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Finance or Marketing
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
