As a Product Manager leading the Data & Integrations team you will drive the vision and execution of what makes all of ReviewTrackers work - tools that collect data and integrate with partners. This includes problems such as: developing methods to crawl public domain review data, building API integrations to review data partners, scaling and optimizing complex data services, and many more. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Continuously build a deep understanding of our customers and identify key customer needs
• Define objectives, metrics, and key results to help guide, prioritize, and measure the success of initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, customer success and sales to build a product roadmap, and facilitate the execution of the roadmap to deliver high impact features to market
• Manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way
• Be a passionate product evangelist and develop a product-driven culture at ReviewTrackers

Who you will be working with:

• You will be working with our growing product organization of product managers and designers that come with a wide variety of experiences. You’ll be able to learn from more senior peers and have an opportunity to mentor more junior peers
• You will be working with a dedicated product team with several engineers and a designer
• You will be cross collaborating with peers from Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
• You will have opportunities to work with the leadership team - pitching them your product ideas and presenting your successes

What you will work on now:

• Develop new and maintain existing methods of review data collections such as web crawlers, web scrapers, API integrations, and more
• Develop technical integrations with data partners to automate product workflows
• Develop, productize and maintain ReviewTrackers API, SSO and other technologies that enable 
• Discover and execute on opportunities to expand our data collection services to new forms of data
• Collaborate and ship features on our web and native mobile products

What you bring to the table:

• 2+ years of product management experience building software in the tech industry (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
• Strong quantitative analysis skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making (knowledge of SQL is necessary)
• Experience facilitating the development and execution of day-to-day technical direction (experience building web scrapers or API products preferred)
• Experience effectively working with multiple functional areas such as Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Finance or Marketing
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
• Bachelor's degree in a technology related field or equivalent practical experience
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
