ABOUT THE ROLE 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy to grow the ShopRunner membership. You will focus on discovery and implementation of new tactics to acquire members and extend ShopRunner benefits. You will work closely with our Partnerships team to identify new opportunities and lead implementation efforts and create a cohesive user experience.

We are seeking a product manager who is passionate about ecommerce, membership, and building solutions that evolve our growth model. You’ll lead the expansion of our membership!

This role is US based only but we are open to any of our US offices in Chicago, IL, Conshohocken, PA (Philly), and New York City or fully remote in any of these states: CA, DE, IL, IN, FLA, MA, NY, NJ, NC, SC, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, CT, MD, MI. From time to time, there will be limited travel to our offices as the need arises.

WHAT YOU’LL DO  

  • Develop strategies to leverage new and existing ShopRunner partnerships to drive new member acquisition
  • Craft long-term vision for membership growth and discover new opportunities 
  • Create and own member acquisition roadmap and work with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and overall goals for your team
  • Streamline methods for integrating with new partners and optimize our process
  • Work alongside Consumer Experience leaders to drive member strategy
  • Conduct user/market research to lead efforts on developing the right offering for our members
  • Work with product, engineering, integrations, design, partnerships, customer service, analytics, marketing, partner success, and sales to enhance the member experience across the network 
  • Analyze product performance and adoption while taking action on areas of opportunity

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • Product Experience. 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Customer Champion.  You are obsessed with understanding the customer, and ultimately building and transforming a product that delivers customer value. 
  • Industry Experience. You have marketing experience. Bonus for retail and/or marketplace products. 
  • Strong Communicator. You communicate clearly and persuasively in multiple mediums with peers, engineers, designers, stakeholders, and customers.  
  • Management Experience. Experience growing and leading product teams. 
  • Outcome Focused: Ability to define, monitor, and optimize KPIs that measure how our products perform. 
  • Business Savvy. Hyper-focused on delivering and quantifying business impact. Familiarity with fundamental business frameworks and concepts. Ability to gain quick understanding of market drivers and competitive landscape. 
  • Cross-Functional Player. You can work with diverse stakeholders to set expectations, report progress, and influence outcomes. 
  • Bias for Action. You know how to make things happen.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity & Change. You are excited about working in a startup environment and unfazed by the ambiguity and dynamic culture that come with it. You are excited about creating a vision and testing out new concepts to drive value for our members and partners.
