Primary Purpose of this position
This role will work across departments and with stakeholders to ensure that the training developed by the organization meets the needs of each function and is aligned with the goals of the business.
What you’ll do:
Training and Onboarding
- Own coaching/training of our field team; Recruiting Operation Leads, Account Managers, and Account Executives
- Work cross-functionally to develop consistent onboarding and training methods for the new hires across the organization
- Develop a learning program, schedule, and curriculum with certification paths that contain a balance of in-person, interactive and online modules
- Plan and coordinate training by identifying learning objectives, designing exercises, and running training sessions
Content and Strategy
- Assist in the development of a robust knowledge base and issue resolution solutions for our internal team
- Ensures training materials are up-to-date and effectively and training delivery methods meet the needs of the end-users, and create content for training as needed.
- Develop change management method for updating content and sessions
Metrics and Reporting
- Determines measurable criteria and metrics for training effectiveness and modifies delivery approaches to increase employee performance
- Reports findings by creating and delivering quantitative and qualitative reports summarizing data and identifying training gaps and individuals requiring further training interventions.
- Own the feedback loop from the field team to the corporate team for learning and performance gaps.
