Responsible for building and supporting third part and vendor relationships for digital servicing. The management of relationships with partners, Google, Apple, Facebook and Twitter, as well as our enterprise digital servicing platform vendors, Freshchat and Sprout Social, are critical to the continued success and expansion of digital servicing channels. Partners with Product Managers and other Product Owners to drive prioritization of features with vendors and third parties.
This role is also responsible for management of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) process, partnering with risk, compliance, legal, contracts, as well as requirement gathering and negotiation. Keeping our eyes on the horizon, this role will continually assess the digital servicing domain, including new vendors, experiences and how others are delivering unique and exciting ways to engage with their customers.
Management of third party and vendor relationships
Drive delivery of market, vendor, feature and experience research for digital servicing with the end goal of delivering the best end-to-end experience for our customers
Own TPRM process for all third party and vendor relationships
Drive prioritization of features with external partners
Provides status updates to the business and management
Collaborates with agile teams to follow through on business priorities and visions
Education-Bachelors Business, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering
Work Experience-2+ years Product Owner, Business Analyst, Customer Service and Relationships, IT or related
4+ years Product Owner, Business Analyst, Customer Service and Relationships, IT or related Preferred
In Lieu of Education: 4+ years Product Owner, Business Analyst, Customer Service and Relationships, IT or related
Certifications and Licenses Certification- SAFe Preferred
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit possessing an ability to own and drive priorities forward as an individual
