As a Senior Product Manager, you will own crucial parts of the customer experience. You’ll drive high-impact new features that fuel exponential business growth and deliver a world-class experience to our customers and our partners. You will evolve HealthJoy Dashboard, our customer and partner enablement tool, into an experience that enables customers and partners to seamlessly review, launch, market, gain insights from and manage employees’ HealthJoy app experience.
You will lead every stage of your product's journeys, including: crafting the initial problem statements, conducting discovery, prioritizing the highest impact opportunities, delivering with your agile team, measuring impact, and scaling up into a fully fledged part of the HealthJoy customer experience.
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring partnership with colleagues in Product, Design, Data, Marketing, Customer Operations and more. You’ll combine strategic thinking and creativity to set clear goals, build messaging that resonates, and execute high-impact launches that elevate our brand and drive adoption beyond launch.
- 5+ years experience in tech product management
- Proven ability to work hand-in-hand with demanding partners to build something great

- Past collaboration with a global team scattered across multiple time zones and countries
