What you do at Amount:
- Project manage key technology initiatives, and drive projects to completion
- Provide guidance and direction required for meeting project objectives
- Track progress, evaluate risks and communicate to management and project stakeholders
- Maintain an organized project using project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Facilitate all necessary team meetings (sprint planning, daily standups, feedback meetings, sprint reviews/retrospectives, etc.)
- Lead scrum teams’ agile efforts with a focus on ensuring successful implementation
- Facilitate estimation meetings using relative effort estimation techniques
- Conduct business analysis for requirements gathering
- Assist cross-team strategic planning and translation into detailed project plans
- Develop domain and technical knowledge of the technical product to understand technical implementation at the architecture level

Why you are a fit for Amount:
- 2+ years of experience in a consulting firm or as a technical project manager, product manager or developer in a software development environment
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (plan, design, development, testing, and deployment)
- Strong understanding of agile software development life cycle methodology
- Scrum Master and/or Agile Coaching knowledge and/or experience
- Experience managing complex technical projects to completion
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand technical designs, challenges and risks
- Familiarity with agile software management and collaboration tools like GitHub and JIRA
