The Production Coordinator will be a part of Scorpion’s awesome in-house production team, Scorpion Studios! Responsible for helping coordinate a multitude of concurrent video projects and keeping them running by consistently meeting deadlines and ensuring each project is supported with everything it needs to succeed. This individual will be a fast-paced and organized contributor to the Studios team, capable of efficiently streamlining video productions. Where others may miss small details, this person will stay a step ahead, anticipating potential hitches before they arise and coming prepared with solutions. A "whatever-it-takes" attitude is essential. The Production Coordinator will be a problem-solver who treats roadblocks as challenges to overcome through ingenuity, perseverance, and teamwork.
What Your Success Will Look Like- Coordinate video productions efficiently, ensuring projects remain organized and on schedule throughout pre-production.
- Set productions up for success by partnering with Creative Directors, customers, cast and crew during pre-production, including coordinating travel logistics as needed.
- Prepares and distributes filming schedules, crew and cast lists, call sheets, scripts and revisions to ensure all stakeholders have accurate, up-to-date information.
- Administers and maintains project organization within Monday.com and the Scorpion Command Center (SCC), ensuring production schedules, milestones, and project statuses remain accurate and up-to-date.
- Track project milestones, prepare and distribute weekly production status reports, and proactively manage timelines to keep projects on schedule.
- Support the successful completion of pre-production, ensuring a seamless handoff to the post-production team.
- Have a strong understanding of the full end-to-end production process, collaborating effectively with each department from pre- through post-production.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience
- 2+ years of on-set experience as a Production Coordinator working with creative, production, and post-production processes and related workflows OR 4+ years of experience in creative studio, agency, or video post-production environment.
- Knowledge juggling multiple projects at once, and keeping them all running smoothly.
- Line Producer experience (preferred).

- The base salary range is $60,000 (entry-level) - $70,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.

Work Location & Flexibility
Scorpion supports a range of work arrangements, including in-office, hybrid, and remote roles. For positions designated as remote, employees who live within commuting distance of a Scorpion office may be asked to work from the office based on team needs, collaboration opportunities, or business priorities. Specific expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
