The Program Communications Specialist collaborates across teams to create and execute marketing strategies. Focused on driving awareness and preference for Panduit and its partner ecosystem, the Specialist tailors marketing content, executes campaigns, and guides partners on co-marketing initiatives. Working closely with the sales team and partners, you’ll manage independent projects while contributing to a highly collaborative team.

What You Will Do

  • Marketing Calendar: Own the program communication calendar and drive messaging to ensure key campaigns reach customers, partners, and sales. Create, update, and position content to engage targeted audiences and report on results.
  • Content Development: Lead the creation of compelling content, messaging, and assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Work with global teams to localize and translate content for wider reach.
  • Campaign Management: Drive and support impactful campaigns and promotions. Manage projects to meet objectives, timelines, and budget.
  • Literature Management: Oversee the creation, localization, and update of literature, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business required; or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in related role, with experience in content & email marketing, digital marketing, and copywriting.
  • Marketing Knowledge: You’re familiar with brand awareness and management, marketing industry standards, and marketing analytics.
  • Customer Service Focus: You develop relationships by listening to the customer and anticipating their needs, giving high priority to customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: You craft and present clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Software: You are proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Strategic Thinking: You excel in strategic thinking, organization, and finding creative solutions to problems.
  • Self-Motivation & Independence: You prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
