- Monitor and improve network performance KPIs and operational objectives.
- Manage customer escalations, risk mitigation plans, and delivery challenges.
- Align internal stakeholders and customer teams to ensure successful program execution.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations based on network performance analysis and optimization initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive collaboration toward common objectives.
- Support business growth and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Understanding of the Mexican telecommunications market.
The skills you bring
- 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong experience in network optimization across LTE and 5G technologies.
- Understanding of network performance management, KPIs, and optimization methodologies.
- Experience leading large-scale customer programs, strategic delivery engagements, or technical transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer escalations and complex operational challenges.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business discussions for executive audiences.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Experience working in multi-vendor telecommunications environments.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Experience managing complex customer relationships and executive stakeholder engagement.
