The Salesforce Impact team is seeking a Program Manager to support across key tech for social impact initiatives, including the Salesforce Accelerator – Agents for Impact. Reporting to the SVP, Climate and Innovation Philanthropy, this role will partner cross functionally with stakeholders across industries, product, philanthropy, sustainability, and employee volunteering, to operationalize strategic impact programming in education, sustainability, and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end operational excellence for customer-facing AI for Impact programs.

  • Serve as primary project manager for the Salesforce Accelerator — Agents for Impact, which includes managing the grantee recruitment and selection process, activating seamless collaboration across channels for grantees and pro bono fellows, tracking grantee engagement accounts, capturing feedback and continuously surfacing opportunity for process improvement.

  • Create and support project plans; supervise and review project progress and timelines; work with team leads to adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.

  • Partner closely with cross functional team members to align operations with other key business activity and processes, including Grant Operations, Power of Us, Impact Exchange, Industry Product, Sales and Distribution teams.

  • Support the development, tracking, and ongoing management of Impact Solutions KPIs and develop regular communications and leadership updates for cross-functional visibility and alignment.

  • Shape and evolve pro bono volunteer participation on grantee projects, leveraging your experience with Salesforce technology to help match the right talent with the right projects.

  • Research and support advising on pricing and packaging for technology grants, enabling the team with the most up to date information.

  • Support vetting potential customer AI proposals, leveraging your previous experience with Salesforce technology.

  • Support event logistics to orchestrate standout virtual workshops that inspire collaboration, learning, and innovation.

Desired Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in program operations, program/project/engagement management, or similar

  • Proven experience working in client-facing roles in the areas of business consulting or pre-sales consulting

  • Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce product portfolio, knowledge of sustainability, nonprofit and education offerings preferred

  • Passionate about technology, with a strong background using Salesforce (Admin Cert preferred), Slack, AI tools, LucidSpark, and Virtual Meeting Platforms, Excel

  • Background or interest in one or more of our strategic focus areas of Education, Sustainability, and AI

  • Strong operational and administrative skills, with high level of attention to detail, organization and process

  • Strong verbal and written communication, with ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and external partners

  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for new opportunities to make an impact

  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure

  • Flexible working hours to accommodate a global team

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $190,900.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $190,900.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
