Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
- Design project management structure including roles and responsibilities, tollgates, and other standard work for delivering high quality technology, data, analytics, and AI initiatives on time and within budget.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, resourcing, execution, and reporting in cross-functional compliance technology, data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
- Track program metrics and KPIs to monitor program health, risk, performance, and track return on investment.
- Monitor budgets and resource allocations across teams to ensure delivery within scope and financial targets.
- Identify delivery risks and mitigation strategies including escalating issues when needed.
- Apply lean and process improvement methodologies to simplify and scale operations.
- Translate strategy, tool selection, and project prioritization into delivery plans with measurable outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Support the management of an application portfolio in partnership with the digital technology teams to ensure successful adoption and usage in the functional and business teams.
- Support the team’s partnerships across compliance domains and their business stakeholders to identify root causes of problem statements, synthesize requirements across multiple businesses and geographies, and design integrated digital solutions.
- Support the elevation of the Compliance function through data and technology leadership to be a strategic partner with the business while driving growth.
Change Management
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new compliance technologies, analytics solutions and digital tools across global teams.
- Develop communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies and training approaches that drive awareness, readiness, and sustained behavioral change.
- Partner with compliance, business, and technology leaders to anticipate change impacts, align on transition plans, and remove barriers to adoption.
- Measure change effectiveness and end-user adoption, using insights to refine rollout strategies and continuously improve the user experience.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Behavioral Science, Communications, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management in a complex, global environment
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project) and analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Strong experience managing timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Experience with connecting strategic objectives to technical and operational execution
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- PMP or equivalent certification
Preferred:
- Background in applying innovative data analytics, AI, or GenAI solutions
- Experience implementing SaaS systems
- Background in compliance, risk, legal, internal audit, or similar function within a global organization
