Job Description

The Program Manager leads complex, high-priority programs within the Global Identity & Fraud (GIDF) and Decisioning Product Organization. You will provide program leadership for North America while coordinating with global Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and leadership teams. You will oversee planning, governance, risks, dependencies, investment, and delivery while keeping programs aligned to customer, commercial, and strategic outcomes. You will also help strengthen program management practices through data, automation, and responsible use of AI.

You will report to the Product Director. Preference for candidates based in or near San Jose, CA, Costa Mesa, CA, or Scottsdale, AZ for in-person collaboration. Remote candidates will also be considered, with a willingness to travel as needed.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning and mobilization through launch and benefits realization, with accountability for scope, timeline, investment, and outcomes.
  • Build and manage integrated program plans across Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, client dependencies, and go-to-market activities.
  • Establish program governance, milestones, success measures, decision processes, and accountabilities, maintaining a clear view of delivery across all workstreams.
  • Manage cross-program dependencies, risks, issues, and critical-path activities, driving resolution and escalation when needed.
  • Provide objective, executive-level reporting on program health, delivery confidence, investment, risks, decisions, and expected business outcomes.
  • Lead high-profile, executive- and Board-visible programs, including preparing concise recommendations, options, and decision materials for senior leadership.
  • Partner with leadership on prioritization, resource allocation, investment decisions, and trade-offs while connecting delivery progress to customer, commercial, and strategic outcomes.
  • Improve program management practices across GIDF and Decisioning by using data, automation, analytics, and AI to strengthen planning, reporting, risk identification, and delivery predictability.

Qualifications

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a technology or product-driven organization.
  • Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple Product, Engineering, and business teams.
  • Experience managing high-profile programs with senior executive, Executive Committee, Board, or equivalent leadership visibility.
  • Experience managing global or multi-regional programs with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience with program governance, integrated planning, risk and dependency management, financial tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Experience using program and reporting tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Power BI, and working across Agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent, plus experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, or analytics in program delivery is preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
