Opportunity Overview:

The Program Manager, Roadmap Planning plays a critical role in how Cohere Health plans, communicates, and delivers its product roadmap. This role partners closely with Product and Engineering to bring structure to planning, create transparency in roadmap decisions, and ensure teams are aligned around shared priorities. Success in this role comes from strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complexity into a clear and actionable plan.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and evolve Cohere Health’s roadmap planning program across Product and Engineering
  • Lead annual and quarterly roadmap planning cycles and ensure timely updates for stakeholders
  • Partner with Product and Group Leads across product and infrastructure teams to align priorities and dependencies
  • Maintain and improve planning tools such as Monday.com and Jira to support accessible and self service roadmap visibility
  • Coordinate inputs from cross functional partners including Program Management, Solution Architecture, and Product Marketing
  • Drive process improvements to support bi weekly updates to the current quarter and clear communication around prioritization and timeline changes
  • Define and report roadmap planning metrics including planned versus unplanned work and planning accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to better integrate planning and execution tools so delivery decisions are reflected in roadmap planning
  • Support related planning initiatives such as product launch readiness, dashboards, release notes, and Jira workflow standardization

What you’ll need:

  • 6+ years of experience in Program Management or Product Operations supporting software product teams
  • Experience leading or supporting annual and quarterly roadmap planning
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to create repeatable planning processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Jira, agile practices, and compliance driven environments

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and internal alignment.
