Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Program Manager to join our Iron Mountain Government Solutions (IMGS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex programs for Federal, State, and Local Government clients, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget. You will act as the primary point of contact for government initiatives, overseeing everything from financial forecasting and risk management to contract compliance and client satisfaction.

You will join a collaborative team of nine professionals where you will spend the majority of your time partnering across functional areas like Operations, Information Technology, and Sales to drive mission-critical results. This is a high-impact role that relies on influence, adaptability, and ingenuity to solve business problems in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee full-cycle program management for diverse government projects, including risk mitigation, financial forecasting, and contract compliance to ensure total client satisfaction and on-budget delivery.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Information Technology teams to bring Iron Mountain products to market and manage successful implementation for our customers.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within an Agile environment to optimize go-to-market speed and streamline product delivery capabilities across a geographically dispersed team.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years specifically dedicated to Project or Program Management.

  • Strong knowledge of the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector or Federal government standards, ideally with expertise in records management or Information Technology.

  • Proven ability to lead in a matrix organization, with the skill to influence and coordinate with various functional departments without direct authority to meet rigorous project schedules.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Master’s degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred); US Citizenship is required for this role to meet government contract requirements.
