iRhythm is seeking a talented and experienced Program Resource Manager. This position will support resource allocation and utilization across iRhythm’s portfolio of high-priority enterprise programs.

Your expertise in resource planning and management will be instrumental in ensuring we meet our ambitious goals to shape the future of cardiac health. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and outside-the-box problem solving abilities.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Build a shared understanding of resource requirements and project timelines for key enterprise programs, incorporating feedback from project managers, department heads and stakeholders
  • Lead the development of resource planning strategies, tools, and processes to align resource allocation with project demands and organizational goals.
  • Implement the new resource management processes and tools and continuously improve them in response to business needs.
  • Identify, escalate and facilitate the resolution of conflicts, bottlenecks or imbalances in resource allocation.
  • Facilitate the development of and maintain accurate resource records and documentation, including resource schedules, staff time reporting processes, utilization reports and allocation decisions.
  • Monitor resource utilization trends and provide timely feedback to leadership to drive proactive adjustments to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Champion documentation, standardization, and proliferation of resource management process and best practices.
  • Conduct resource capacity planning to assess and manage resource demands based on project priorities and objectives.

What We Want to See

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus five years or more of experience in resource management in a project environment and/or in project management.
  • Must have strong working knowledge of resource management processes, tools and best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across a wide variety of backgrounds and levels of seniority, including with senior executives.
  • Proven experience in owning a complex problem where stakeholders have a variety of interests and points of view and developing a framework for shared understanding and collaboration.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the Company.
  • Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills; attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in an energizing environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience staffing for technology implementation, new product development or business transformation programs; experience in more than one of these is a plus.
  • Experience in the medical technology or medical provider industries is a plus.
  • Experience supporting a mix of agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management models is a plus.
