Summary:

In this role, you will lead the expansion of the Vizient Reserve program by engaging new clients, educating stakeholders, and driving program growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to position the program effectively, manage a sales pipeline, and deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate value. You will also leverage your expertise in value analysis to support strategic initiatives, enhance client engagement, and contribute to overall program success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to bring Vizient Reserve to market by identifying and onboarding new clients.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive program adoption and revenue growth.

  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking progress toward membership and revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts and maximize client engagement.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for prospective and existing clients to communicate program value.

  • Create and deliver training materials, presentations, and promotional content for diverse audiences.

  • Conduct webinars, in-person presentations, and industry event engagements.

  • Partner with field teams to support program positioning and sales initiatives.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align program efforts with broader organizational strategies.

  • Monitor program performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience in value analysis, healthcare supply chain, or a related field.

  • Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on business development, sales, or program management.

  • Strong understanding of value analysis principles and healthcare decision-making processes.

  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and drive program growth.

  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute growth initiatives.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
