The Programmatic Media Center of Excellence is responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and optimization of large-scale programmatic media initiatives.

As a Programmatic Channel Marketing Senior Associate on the Paid Media team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of complex digital advertising campaigns across programmatic platforms, leveraging both manual and automated (AI, agentic) methods. You should have advanced hands-on experience in campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization, as well as a strategic mindset for developing targeted media strategies. You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with internal and external partners, and promote process improvements through automation and workflow enhancements. You should also have advanced reporting experience, compliance oversight, and stay ahead of industry innovations.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Independently manage execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns using advanced manual and automated techniques (API integrations, custom scripts, automation dashboards). 
  • Create QA campaign setups, or AI-based workflows, automated bidding, predictive audience targeting and dynamic creative optimizations 
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. 
  • Analyze complex campaign data, interpret AI-driven insights, and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs. 
  • Oversee campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies for multiple projects. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced campaign delivery and performance issues. 
  • Guide reporting automation, workflow improvements, and process scaling initiatives. 
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports, highlighting actionable recommendations. 
  • Mentor and train junior analysts and associates. 
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, privacy regulations, and platform policies. 
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid media and programmatic campaign management. 
  • Advanced proficiency with DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, CM360, and other ad tech  delivery and reporting platforms. 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills 
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead collaborative projects. 

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: 

  • Certifications in programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk). 
  • Experience with AI copilots, automation dashboards, and campaign setup tools. 
  • Advanced understanding of data feeds, APIs, and ad reporting systems. 
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills.
