Job Description

The Project Administrator plays a central coordination role within the Development team, ensuring that projects transitioning from the origination stage into active development are properly onboarded, documented, and progressed. The role acts as an administrative hub for CRM data integrity, document control, and invoice processing, ensuring the Development team has accurate, accessible, and up-to-date information at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support communication with potential partners, clients, and business contacts.
  • Help build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Assist with business development activities and follow-ups.
  • Carry out other communication and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and confidence.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
