The Project Administrator provides administrative and operational support for large product rollouts, working closely with sales and project managers, handling reporting, data entry, and inventory management.

This candidate will partner with sales, project managers and business leaders. This position will provide the right person with an opportunity to learn cross functional business processes while building a strong business network.
What you will do:
* Process basic sales reporting requests including shipping, inventory, customer portfolio
* Consistent key internal stakeholder follow-up to resolution
* Follow up on ETAs for back ordered items
* Data gathering, data entry, and report generation
* Collaboration between project resources and sales
* Maintain customer facing dashboards
* Post Order provide Preorder & Buy & Hold assistance
* Assist with Inventory, stock availability, and order tracking
* Ad Hoc support services as needed
What we expect of you:
* Bachelors degree. Or, 4+ years of experience in Sales Support, Operations, Project Coordination or Customer Service
* Advanced PC skills; Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Previous experience working with Project Managers on customer or internal projects
* Flexibility, adaptability, and an optimistic view of projects and work environment
* Strong relationship building skills with internal customers
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to switch priorities frequently
* Able to demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
* Ability to follow through and see tasks through to completion
* Ability to work with multiple personalities
* Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
* SPS/AS400 Experience, a plus
* Service Now Experience, a plus
* CAPM and/or Project Management certification, a plus Pay range: $63,000 - $97,140 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
