What you’ll do:
  • Support project planning and scheduling activities, including maintaining schedules and manpower curves.
  • Track and update project documentation such as action trackers, risk registers, RACI matrices, decision logs, and change logs.
  • Facilitate internal project meetings including Kick-Off Meetings, Closeout Meetings, and Lessons Learned sessions.
  • Gather and input data into timekeeping and scheduling systems.
  • Assist in producing status charts and progress reports.
  • Analyze project schedules and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Maintain and update project templates and documentation.
  • Use MS Project or Planner to manage overall resourcing and task assignments.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience in a project coordinator or assistant project manager role, ideally within the energy, engineering, or construction sectors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Project or Planner.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights for reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • PMP strongly preferred.
