At Outsource Access, we help disaster restoration teams and property owners rebuild and recover after unexpected property damage. We don't just log tickets and schedule calls—we make sure homeowners feel heard, supported, and guided through every step of their restoration journey.


How You’ll Make a Difference
  • Restoring Peace of Mind: Lead inbound calls with genuine empathy, turning anxious homeowners facing fire, water, or mold damage into calm, confident clients who know they are in safe hands.

  • Keeping Projects Moving: Proactively communicate daily updates across homeowners, project managers, field crews, and insurance adjusters so no project milestone or detail drops through the cracks.

  • Stopping Friction in Its Tracks: Spot project delays, scheduling conflicts, or communication gaps early, solving issues proactively before they escalate into customer complaints.

  • Bridging the Insurance Gap: Track, document, and relay critical scope approvals, carrier requests, and adjuster inquiries to ensure seamless documentation and project approvals.



RequirementsIs This You?
  • A compassionate, empathetic communicator with outstanding verbal and written English who can comfortably de-escalate stressful situations with a warm, personal touch.

  • An organized multi-tasker who takes pride in thorough documentation, maintaining accurate project records across multiple active jobs simultaneously.

  • A proactive problem solver with grit and initiative, who doesn't wait to be asked before chasing down updates or checking in on a customer.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (such as Dash CRM or Proven Solutions Software), with the ability to quickly master proprietary job management systems.
