We are looking for a Project Coordinator to help keep projects organized and moving forward across our growing organization. You will support project planning, track tasks and deadlines, coordinate communication between teams, and maintain project documentation.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and other teams, helping turn plans into coordinated execution and making sure important details do not get lost along the way.
WHAT YOU WILL DOCoordinate day-to-day activities across multiple projects and workstreams
Maintain project plans, task trackers, timelines, and documentation
Track deadlines, dependencies, action items, and project status
Schedule project meetings and prepare agendas and follow-up notes
Coordinate communication between project stakeholders and internal teams
Follow up with task owners and help keep deliverables on schedule
Prepare project status updates, reports, and presentations
Support project planning, kickoff, and review activities
Identify potential blockers, risks, and dependencies and escalate them when needed
Keep project documentation accurate, organized, and up to date
Help improve project coordination processes and team workflows
Provide administrative and coordination support for technology and business initiatives
1+ year of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines
Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-up
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Experience working in a SaaS or technology company
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar tools
Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
Experience supporting software development or data projects
Basic knowledge of project management practices
Experience working with remote or distributed teams
$55,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
