SUMMARY
Support Arrowhead Programs Project Management Office (PMO) with project portfolio
administration, coordination of new requests, creating and maintaining team resources,
supporting PMO best practices and coordination of enterprise resource groups. Provide project
management support utilizing standard tools and project management skills, both in coordination
with project managers and individually on small / maintenance type projects.
Performs other necessary functional project duties.
DAILY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following:
 Coordinate and support project portfolio administration and reporting
 Monitor project intake queue, support initial research to document business case
 Support the creation and maintenance of team resources
 Support onboarding needs for future new PMO teammates
 Coordinate enterprise resource groups supporting Project Management resources
 Coordination of time-tracking for project management, ensuring compliance with team guidelines for time reporting.
 Provide project coordination where needed for maintenance-type projects, or to support the Project Manager to eliminate blockers on shared projects
 Coordinate system demos and workflow walk-throughs to enable business leaders’ decision-making.
 Engage in relationship management during project activities with internal and external teammates to achieve project objectives
 Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

$28.85 - $36.05 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
