Military One Source is a DoD program providing resources and educational materials to individuals, along with non-medical counseling services on the phone or online 24/7/365 to help active duty, National Guard, and Reserve members and their families cope with the rigors of military life. Services include Military OneSource call center support, web presence support, IT/IA support, return to operations (RTO)/disaster continuity of services support, non-medical counseling support, health and wellness coaching support, financial counseling support, strategic outreach support, and field consultants program support. The program is a $456M, 4-year contract encompassing T&M, CR, and Unit Pricing.
Leidos Health Solutions, Performance & Readiness is seeking a PFA to support the MOS program.
Primary Responsibilities
Support the Management of all financial aspects of the MOS program
EAC responsibilities for MOS project, co-ordination with all areas of MOS finance team and MOS line management
Support the MOS F&BO manager with independent and joint tasking and problem solving as required
Responsible for supporting reporting of MFLC program finances to include financial service level agreements (SLA) labor forecast, progress against internal financial performance metrics
Perform oversight from a financial perspective of proposal pricing including risk assessment and cash flow analysis
Variance, unbilled analysis
Revenue validation, instruction
Supporting monthly financial reviews (Awards, Net Bookings, Revenue, Fee, Cash)
Supporting Annual Operating Plan for business area and supporting the process through final presentations to senior management
Supporting Estimate at complete process and presenting results
Leading Ad-Hoc special requests from the program and finance management teams
Interfaces directly with customer; participates in customer meetings
Creates Monthly Operating Review and Quarterly Business Review charts
Manages complex PFA tasks
Completes monthly progress reports
Works independently on moderate to large internal projects
Backlog analysis
Basis-Of-Estimate support for proposal effort
Service center monitoring and forecasting
Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years’ experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Proficient in Excel, Adobe, MS Office
Working knowledge of the Project Control field with the ability to complete difficult assignments.
Strong analytical ability.
Strong organizational skills needed to handle multiple task/projects and to work independently.
Ability to analyze problems for root cause and implement corrective action.
Ability to handle high volume of data (800+ Leidos employees, nine (9) subcontractors financial information, and high volume of travel and ODCs) in a fast-paced, cyclical and demanding work environment.
Must possess proven capability and experience working both tandem and serial tasks, with a self-motivated and can do attitude.
