Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong experience in managing and delivering commercial real estate projects end‑to‑end. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination,

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead the complete project lifecycle—from initiation to handover.
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timeline, cost, and quality benchmarks.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Manage client communication and ensure expectations are met consistently.
  • Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and risk assessments.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare and manage project budgets.
  • Track expenditures, approve variations, and minimize cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and contractual obligations.

Quality & Safety Management

  • Enforce safety standards, quality checks, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee site operations to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and statutory norms.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project documentation—progress reports, drawings, RFI logs, contractor bills, etc.
  • Report progress to senior leadership with actionable insights.

Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other construction tools (added advantage).

Qualifications

  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (preferred).
  • 10–12 years of experience managing commercial building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and local regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other construction tools (added advantage).
