Position Overview
We're searching for a Customer Support Project Manager to join our Global Customer Support team in a remote or hybrid capacity. To keep us headed in the right direction, we're looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team's diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.
What You'll Do

          • Work with SMEs to establish a project plan that aligns with client objectives
          • Coordinate and attend project meetings and facilitate appropriate project communications, reading out on any material topics
          • Collaborate with QA team to organize test plans that align with each release
          • Coordinate 100+ Support team resources to execute test plans in user acceptance testing
          • Monitor and track team findings during testing
          • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes
          • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to the leadership team on a consistent cadence


We're Excited to Learn More About You
Your experience may include:

  • Bachelor's degree and exposure to software industry implementation practices
  • 5+ years of project management experience including ability to manage technical projects involving strategic customers and many stakeholders
  • Experience with enterprise software, preferably with implementation projects
  • Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages; execute with limited information and ambiguity


You may have other skills or credentials, including:

  • PMP Certification
  • Insurance industry knowledge
  • Software implementation knowledge/experience
