  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on project documentation, task prioritization, and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent organizational skills, effective communication style, capable of tailoring updates for diverse audiences, including internal teams and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, document, and maintain clear workflows and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to drive alignment, build consensus, and proactively resolve project blockers.

  • Consultative approach to identifying operational gaps and implementing continuous process improvements.
What You’ll Own
  • Assist in developing project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Support pilot programs and the transition into daily operations.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and task lists to keep teams informed.
  • Help define roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths for project tasks.
  • Support the adoption of consistent project tools and processes.
  • Identify and document operational gaps to support process improvements.
  • Track project status to maintain visibility and alignment across the team.
  • Assist in gathering program insights and outcomes for stakeholder reporting.
  • Support recurring client check-ins and reviews to maintain clear communication.
Preferred QualificationsNice to Have
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Notion, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Google Suite & Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with knowledge base/LMS platforms, training systems, or process documentation tools is a plus.
