Job Summary:

Green House is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Integrated Project Manager (IPM) to join our growing team. This role works closely with our Group Account Directors and Program Directors to lead the execution of marketing campaigns and field sales programs across dynamic markets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is client-focused, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects while delivering flawless execution and excellent communication.
 

What You’ll Do:

Program & Field Sales Support – 60%

  • Partner with Account and Program Directors to support the rollout of field sales and marketing programs across multiple markets.

  • Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure program deliverables and objectives are aligned and executed on time.

  • Track all deliverables, monitor timelines and budgets, and support the success of sales and marketing activations.

  • Provide ongoing updates, reports, and proactive communication to stakeholders and clients.

  • Assist with program budgets, planning, expense tracking, and operational execution.

  • Leverage data and insights to guide decision-making and program refinement.

Client & Project Management – 40%

  • Lead and document weekly project meetings, ensuring alignment across teams and clients.

  • Serve as a main point of contact for program-related communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Understand clients’ brand goals and use that knowledge to inform project execution and campaign strategy.

  • Define scopes of work, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring consistent alignment with client expectations.

  • Identify risks and proactively manage resolutions, keeping a focus on client satisfaction and program impact.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Education

  • 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or account management (agency or field marketing preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Canva or similar presentation platforms.

  • Experience using Monday.com or similar project management platforms is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and social media platforms.

Soft Skills

  • Deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.

  • Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across departments.

Compensation:

  • Salary - $70,000 - $90,000
  • Bonus Potential - 10% annually 
  • Communication Allowance - $150 monthly
  • Wellness Allowance - $50 monthly
  • Medical/Dental/Vision benefits available
