We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager / Scrum Master Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing projects, facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and supporting cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with experienced project managers and scrum masters to learn project planning, tracking, and team coordination in a real-world environment.

Responsibilities:
    •    Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks and milestones.
    •    Support daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    •    Help remove blockers and ensure smooth communication within the team.
    •    Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports.
    •    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
    •    Learn and apply Agile/Scrum principles in managing projects.
    •    Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather updates and provide progress reports.

Requirements:
    •    Current student or recent graduate in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
    •    Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
    •    Strong organizational and communication skills.
    •    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
    •    Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
