Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a leading full-service digital agency, content studio and incubator specializing in social-first, “always-entertaining” marketing. DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.
We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaign objectives. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining project calendars, ensuring deadlines are met, and managing various project assets.
Your Impact
- Builds campaign timelines and schedule of deliverables to be shared internally, then once approved internally, with the client
- Ensures that all internal stakeholders approve creative
- Communicates all internal and external feedback through Airtable
- Ensures all deliverables meet company standards through QA
- Ensures all creative assets follow campaign-specific aesthetics/branding guidelines
- Actively reviews project management software to ensure tasks are completed, quality checked, and closed out
- Provides accurate estimates for projects
- Collaborates with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives
- Participates in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of project management
Your Experience
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities effectively
- Experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment
- Proficiency in project management software
- Experience with Airtable, Slack, and Google sheets is a plus

- M-F: 9am-6pm PST
