  • Drive accountability across stakeholders without direct authority.

Roadmap & Execution Management

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing roadmaps, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Track progress against strategic priorities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Identify risks, issues, and blockers, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with marketing managers, strategy leads, and execution teams to ensure seamless delivery across initiatives.
  • Coordinate workflows across business, creative, legal, compliance, and operational teams.
  • Manage approval processes and ensure all deliverables meet required standards and checkpoints.

Program Operations & Administration

  • Lead day-to-day program management activities, including scheduling and facilitating meetings, capturing action items, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Maintain detailed documentation to ensure transparency, accountability, and audit readiness.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Deliver regular status updates and executive-level reporting, including progress summaries, risks, and key decisions.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management within complex, enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
  • Prior experience supporting marketing organizations or campaign delivery teams.
  • Background in financial services or wealth management

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Deep expertise in program governance, process design, and execution management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign lifecycles, approval workflows, and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience managing legal and compliance approval processes within regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and executive communication.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments with competing priorities.
