Support Project Economics & Resourcing

  • Support project budgets, forecasts, and invoicing with a focus on accuracy and profitability
  • Identify resource needs across functions and proactively address capacity constraints

  • Ensure work adheres to agreed scope while supporting thoughtful change when needed

Anticipate Risk & Ensure Quality

  • Identify delivery risks early and lead mitigation strategies before they impact outcomes
  • Serve as a point of escalation as issues arise, helping teams resolve challenges quickly and pragmatically
  • Close projects with a focus on quality, lessons learned, and continuous improvement

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in digital, marketing, technology, or consulting environments
  • Experience in project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross‑functional delivery teams
  • Comfort communicating clearly with both client stakeholders and internal leaders
  • Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
