This position is primarily responsible for managing the logistics and financials of custom research projects on behalf of clients, which are utilized for strategic planning purposes. As a Project Manager, you will be required to oversee the various stages of market research projects while working alongside our internal client teams. This position works closely with internal account teams and external clients and vendors, assisting in all phases of the project and maintaining project timelines and budgets. This includes qualitative research, such as focus groups and ethnographic research, and quantitative research, such as online surveys by performing the following duties.

Core responsibilities

  • Manages the day-to-day project execution and coordination with the market research team.
  • Works with appropriate internal and external team members to efficiently and effectively implement projects according to objectives and specifications.
  • Manages vendors and serves as day-to-day contact and liaison between client team and vendors.
  • Coordinates with research associates, data/analytical specialists, moderators, executives and managers, and operations staff in project execution.
  • Manages the operational and financial health of projects through integrated software.
  • Maintains quality research data through verification of participant qualifications and articulation.
  • Creates and updates project documents, including calendar invites and profile updates.
  • Evaluates recruiting progress against goals, identifies issues, and recommends solutions.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, work ethic, and professionalism in all communications.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Balances team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; puts the success of team above own interests; able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
  • Works alongside a team of Field & Project Managers and our Operations team to collaborate on ways to improve project processes

  • Ethical execution of qualitative and quantitative data collection
  • Team mentorship while upholding corporate principles

 

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or University or relevant professional experience. Mid-level position with 1-2 years of industry experience and/or training in research, marketing, or relevant project management experience is desired.


For this role, the anticipated base salary range is provided below. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include discretionary bonuses, benefits, and, for sales roles, potential sales commissions.


The final base salary offered will depend on factors such as the market, your skills, capabilities, and relevant experience, which will be objectively evaluated during the interview process. If you are a candidate for this role, your HR Partner can provide more details about the full compensation and benefits package associated with this position.

 

 Base Salary Range (US)

 

 $60,000 - $70,000
