Position Summary:
The Project Manager (PM) works in conjunction with internal teams to plan, move and track jobs, as well as prepare weekly and daily status reports of active jobs. The PM is responsible for the project timeline creation of complex projects, internal scheduling, and tracking, throughout the team on his/her assigned accounts. The PM is responsible for in-depth knowledge of the general Access Genius process and client submission processes and is the main communication hub between all parties for assigned accounts.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
- Create, manage, and maintain work for assigned accounts in project management software (Wrike)
- Orchestrate day-to-day activities on assigned accounts – preparation of project timelines, internal status reports, end-of-day lists, and various other project management and tracking reports
- Prioritize and manage multiple jobs with strong attention to detail
- Responsible for Project Tracking through completion to ensure project tasks are completed on time and team members understand actions required
- Display a team approach and ensure communication between all departments including Account, Engineering and Delivery Enablement – anticipating problems and offering solutions
- Demonstrate job knowledge and a thorough understanding of Access Genius process, procedures, roles and responsibilities of team members
- Gain thorough knowledge of clients’ systems and procedures for tracking jobs; ensure internal team adheres to client requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Trouble shoot departmental issues as needed
- Appropriately escalate project or account concerns and departmental issues as needed
- Organize and maintain the project folders per client team guidelines and work closely with the account team to ensure all client communications and financial documents are archived properly
- Train new hires in all departments on delivery enablement team process during on-boarding process (when applicable) along with daily process leadership on assigned accounts
- Assist the Delivery Enablement Team to maintain the project management platform. Tasks include creating new accounts, managing and maintaining workspaces
- Assist in process development/refinement as needed
- Collaborate across Precision Value & Health teams and service lines on projects, as required
Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marking, communications, advertising, or similar field is preferred
- 3-8 years’ experience with Project Management or related function
Preferred:
- Product launch experience
- Accounts/Client Services experience
- Pharmaceutical experience
Skills:
- Familiar with “digital/e-routing” platforms such as Wrike or Workfront
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating system a plus
- Veeva Promomats or other pharmaceutical Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review systems
