Project Officer – Profit Sharing 

As a Project Officer for the Profit-Sharing Project at Guardian Group Fatum, you will support the accurate and timely processing of profit-sharing and savings-related contracts. You will be responsible for processing backlogs, ensuring correct calculations, maintaining reliable data administration, and supporting policy-related activities within a structured project environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work accurately within set deadlines and procedures.

What are you going to do?

• Contract calculations: You will conduct contract calculations and accurately record profit-sharing results.
• Data review and processing: You will review, update, and validate policy and contract data prior to final calculations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Backlog processing: You will support the timely processing and clearing of operational backlogs related to profit-sharing and savings contracts.
• Data management: You will extract, process, and manage contract information using Excel and internal administrative systems.
• Contract support: You will assist with annuity conversions, contract renewals, and related capital transfers.
• Communication and coordination: You will coordinate with internal departments and support structured client communication when required.
• Project support: You will work closely with the project coordinator to ensure quality standards, timelines, and project objectives are achieved.

What background and expertise are we looking for?

• MBO+/Bachelor-level working and thinking capacity
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Strong numerical accuracy and analytical mindset
• Structured, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience within insurance, pensions, or financial administration is a plus
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as within a team
