Your impact.
- Assist Implementation team with simultaneous detailed projects, launching HealthJoy within client organizations (employers, health providers, or resellers), ensuring programs go live on time and with a high level of quality
- Onboard clients and broker partners to HealthJoy Implementations
- Oversee multiple concurrent SaaS implementations to ensure high standards of quality are met
- Track and communicate progress with key internal stakeholders
- Provide project support throughout the implementation process
- Configure systems dependent on client requirements
- Host review calls with broker partners and clients to confirm requirements
Your experience.
- 1 - 3 years professional experience
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Keen attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive, self-starter mentality, with the ability to think two steps ahead on every project
- Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills
- The ability to participate and contribute during internal discussions
- Demonstrated diplomacy: experience skillfully managing the needs and agendas of diverse professionals who are anxious to get your time and attention
- Experience with Excel
