About the role: 


UPshow is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join our Customer Operations team. In this role you’ll work closely with our Sales, Customer Success and Fulfillment teams to give our largest customers a successful onboarding experience. Our Implementation Project Manager will ensure hardware and software solutions are delivered to the customer aligned to their rollout deadline with the goal of safeguarding revenue and streamlining the implementation processes. Your days will be filled with customer meetings, creating and updating project plans, account creation within Salesforce and the UPshow platform, and being the main point of contact for any shipping or installation issues. 


Responsibilities:  

  • Project manage a cross-functional team to ensure a smooth onboarding of the UPshow platform to our enterprise customers
  • Utilize Salesforce and Project Management tools to document the status of ongoing customer implementations and effectively communicate expected delivery dates with customers and internal stakeholders. 
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships during the implementation process with a high degree of accountability for customer satisfaction and on-time delivery throughout
  • Manage 3rd party vendor relationships and installation scheduling
  • Identify any customer related risks or changes to project milestones are appropriately communicated and escalated to internal stakeholders and to the customer
  • Support the Sales and Customer Success team during the sales cycle in order to facilitate a smooth transition from prospect to customer implementation
  • Enhance the implementation process by providing feedback and innovation
  • Interface with customers and internal teams to gather information needed to configure new customer’s UPshow account(s)
  • Assist in managing Customer Operations continuous improvement projects 


Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of SaaS implementation and / or project management experience
  • PMP certification a plus ad
  • Experience working with and managing outsource vendors
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, specifically reporting and dashboards 
  • Ability to balance competing projects and priorities and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders, including customer, senior leadership, sales, customer success, and product teams.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

As examples, Buffalo Wild Wings uses UPshow to operate their own BWW-branded “OT Channel”. Burger King uses UPshow to operate the BK-branded “KingBoard”. UPshow technology allows brands to create integrated TV-to-mobile activation experiences that drive new behaviors and commerce inside of their venues. The platform’s analytics display and measure the usage and ROI of all the content and interactive offers on these retailer-owned networks.

UPshow's HQ is located in the River North neighborhood. It's easy to get to via the Brown line, Blue line, and Red line trains. It's situated near the Merch Mart which has tons of great quick & easy lunch options and right some many great sit down restaurants along Clark St.
