The Manager Workforce Management in the Enterprise Planning department is responsible for managing the enterprise-wide forecasting and resources planning. This individual will lead specific contingent labor initiatives to optimize the Business Technology workforce. S/he will also support Enterprise portfolio management responsibilities related to resource capacity management and reporting.
Responsibilities
- The Manager will work closely with Business Technology Leadership and Professional Services Management on process improvements related to workforce management governance and oversight.
- Leads development and ongoing maintenance and enhancement of monthly and operational forecasting models to support the key operational processes for the enterprise Workforce Management department.
- Manages requests, projects, and team, including task assignment, progress monitoring, and output review of all analysts.
- Conducts customized analysis to assess workforce trends for both permanent and temporary workforce.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 6+ years experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Procurement, or Finance.
- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong, demonstrated decision making, collaboration and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in people management within an analytical team
