About the role:

We are looking for an experienced partner/vendor specialist to drive our Retail and Ecosystem Partnership efforts in the role of Partner Management Specialist. In this position you will be responsible for juggling complex, technical projects while keeping internal and external teams on track. This role will drive process standardization and innovation within the Onboarding Department and across the organization. In addition to strong analytical skills and data proficiency, this role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external teams as well as customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable team execution through project management and goal setting
  • Clarify customer-facing requirements to develop realistic delivery timelines and define scope of work + success criteria
  • Coach team to keep projects on track and address risks to schedule proactively
  • Define resource plan needed to execute on projects successfully
  • Drive continuous improvement by rigorous measurement of project performance
  • Collaborate with leadership regarding process enhancement and increased metrics to drive visibility into capacity planning and cost measurement processes
  • Overtly communicate project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement across the team, upwards to senior management, or externally to customers / partners (staying proactive and highly responsive)
  • Lead individual quarterly projects as assigned
  • Work with the Data, Engineering, and Product teams to execute project plans and maintain service level agreements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related analytical fields preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in a complex data, analytics, or SaaS business.
  • Experienced with creating process flows and business requirements documentation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel functions and formulas (required)
  • Basic knowledge of Analytics or Business Intelligence (BI) software to build and understand dashboards
