This position
The Regional Delivery Director will have overall responsibility of client engagements aligned to accounts with a geographic book of business. This is a strategic delivery position with the skills and experience to oversee our largest, most strategic customer engagements as well as manage a high performing team of consulting personnel spanning project management, business process consulting and solution architect roles to ensure successful project delivery and customer outcomes. This role will be closely aligned to the field and will work in concert with the Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Manager and Engagement Managers to execute key account strategies and ensure that services solutions are well defined and positioned to ensure successful outcomes for our customers. Paramount to this role will be a keen focus on ensuring our customer success and adoption for the DocuSign platform. 

This position is manager of people and reports to The Sr. Director of Global Professional Services. 

Responsibilities
The success of this position will reply on strategic alignment across the company to ensure our offerings and resourcing are effectively influencing DocuSign’s product adoption. The Deliverable Director will cultivate high functioning project teams comprised of DocuSign and client resources through leveraging the expertise of different resources with their team, across Professional Services and throughout DocuSign and drives a culture of continuous improvement, ongoing development and a commitment to customer success

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 + years of experience in professional services, preferably within a SaaS model
  • At least 7 years of experience working at a technology company, preferably within a SaaS model
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience building and maintaining capacity and financial models projecting team growth and usage
  • Experience working with cross functional teams to achieve company objectives.
  • Proven track record of driving financial results from a cross functional professional services team while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • BS/BA degree required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Superior communication skills to create and convey customer objectives, success strategies, and customer insights for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver Executive-C-Level QBRs and readouts of results. Executive presence
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully resolve situations that are broadly defined, complex, diverse, & occasionally, unprecedented
  • Experience working with cross functional teams to achieve company objectives
  • MBA or equivalent
