Job Description
Plans, initiates, and manages business programs to support product development, technology development, and market launch. Leads and guides the work of business product, operations, and technical teams. Serves as liaison between business and technical aspects of programs. Plans project stages and assesses business implications for each stage. Monitors progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Responsibilities
· Confers with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
· Monitors or track project milestones and deliverables.
· Develops or updates project plans for business programs, including information such as project objectives, impact assessment across business and technology teams, program documentation for product launch, schedules, funding, and staffing.
· Develops and manages Agile framework or work breakdown structure (WBS), depending on the type of project.
· Manages project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing or related field
· 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management
Preferred Qualifications

· Master's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or Marketing
· Project Management Professional (PMP)
· Safe Agilist (SA) or SPC4 SAFe (Scale Agile Framework)
· Prior Fraud experience, including Fraud Operations experience
· FICO Falcon experience, in implementation or in steady state in operations or risk
