Why This Role Is Exciting

We are looking for a proactive, high-impact professional to serve as a Revenue Operations Analyst II. In this elevated capacity, you'll go beyond the day-to-day RFP and security questionnaire work to operate with minimal guidance on complex, multi-product documents, help disperse workload across the team, and mentor newer analysts. The role requires a "Lead by Example" approach, managing the accuracy of team outputs while proactively identifying process improvements to scale the business. You'll collaborate with individuals across the organization and have real influence over how our proposal and security response processes keep scaling.

What You Will Need to Succeed

An individual who has the desire to continuously learn new things, a "no task is too small" mentality, strong attention to detail, is organized, can juggle multiple projects at once, and is overall a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and break down complex, multi-product RFPs with minimal guidance, tailoring responses to specific client use cases (capable of handling hard-copy submissions when required).

  • Act as a point of review for teammates' work; evaluate and escalate high-risk or legally binding documents to the Manager and/or InfoSec for final adjudication.

  • Help disperse and balance workload across the team, keeping SFDC case queues accurate and up to date.

  • Works with other departments such as sales, InfoSec, finance, legal, product, engineering, implementation, and marketing to manage ongoing business workflow and the sales process.

  • Help onboard and train new Analyst I team members.

  • Contribute regularly to the Responsive (RFPIO) Answer Library - reviewing, tagging, deduplicating, and adding new content during scheduled clean-up cycles.

  • Stay up to date with current technical, product, and security standards and how they affect company products and services.

Cross-Functional Project Management

  • Consults with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Product teams to align proposal content with current product capabilities and legal requirements.

  • Assists with quarterly content audits with SMEs to ensure the global knowledge library remains technically accurate and competitive

Technical Proposal & Security Management

  • Independently manage and break down complex, multi-product RFPs with minimal guidance, tailoring responses to specific client use cases.

  • Complete security questionnaires with 90%+ accuracy with minimal guidance, continuing to build security/InfoSec knowledge through hands-on exposure.

  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in Information Security policies to complete security questionnaires with high precision.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Proposals, or Sales Operations within a SaaS environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), JIRA, and Responsive - preferred.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead "stretch projects" and handle a diversified workload with independent judgment.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build a reputation as a trusted business partner across the company.

  • Problem Solving: Exhibits a "Gritty Resilience" and "Growth Mindset," solving complex problems independently based on deep institutional knowledge.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrates the ability to stay productive under pressure, manage regional conflicts, and maintain high intrinsic motivation
