Job Description

Join Experian as we build the Consumer's Bureau. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead a portfolio of credit‑based, data‑driven marketing products in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Experience in financial services or lending. Knowledge of regulated credit marketing products—such as prescreen or prequalification ("soft pull") solutions—and familiarity with marketing channels including direct mail, telemarketing, email, and digital campaigns will be valuable. We ask that you have close collaboration with Product, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Executive leadership.

Product Managers at Experian are passionate about delivering client‑centric solutions for leading financial institutions. You will focus on managing cloud‑based consumer prospecting products.

  • Lead development and launch of next‑generation prospecting solutions ensuring precise, multichannel consumer engagement
  • Define user stories, goals, and product requirements for engineering teams
  • Shape product strategy
  • Conduct market, pricing, competitive, and trend analysis to recommend solutions
  • Use market intelligence and P&L insights to prioritize investments and revenue opportunities
  • Provide product expertise to Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support revenue growth in North America
  • Represent the product line with our teams, clients, and partners
  • Partner across teams to support projects on the Ascend platform

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Product Management or Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically credit marketing
