About Us: Delfina provides a leading pregnancy care data platform to improve maternal and child health outcomes‍.

About You: Our Provider Success Consultant will work with the Provider Partnerships team to operationalize the Delfina Care platform in our partner clinics. Our Provider Success Consultant is someone who has excellent problem-solving and communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work alongside the Provider Partnership team to liaise with external clinic staff and internal employees, ensuring the product runs as expected on a daily basis.
  • Meet and track targets related to onboarding, engagement, implementation, and enrollment on a month-over-month basis.
  • Collaborate with the Provider Partnerships and Implementation team to deploy the Delfina Care platform at various new clinical sites.
  • Monitor and report on internal staff and external clinic user experience continually.
  • Have full command of internal workflow and product features.
  • Employ creative thinking to maximize success.

Qualifications: 

  • Prior healthcare experience in a clinical setting or a strong interest in healthcare - current healthcare students or new graduates welcome!
  • Prior experience in account management or sales preferred.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Proof of current automobile insurance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Independent and creative mindset to relationship management.
  • In-person visits to Illinois locations required (80% of time), fully remote for administrative tasks (20% of time).
  • Commitment of at least 10 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months and up to 30 hours per week.

Compensation: $25 - $30 USD per hour. This role will also include potential for incentive pay. Expense reimbursement and a per diem rate are also included for travel to clinic sites. 

The compensation range for this contract position represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training. Candidates who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted compensation range.

Time Commitment: 10-30 hours per week
